Todd Scholl

Todd Scholl is an associate attorney at Panella Law Firm, concentrating his practice on criminal defense and family law, with a strong background in serious felonies and white-collar defense. Prior to joining Panella Law Firm, Todd worked on the defense teams in several high profile cases and was an assistant public defender where he handled thousands of cases ranging from Petit Theft to Murder garnering an impressive trial record. Todd has an L.L.M. from Georgetown University Law Center (with distinction), and graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. Additionally, he has over 15 years’ experience working in capital markets as an investment banker. Todd is passionate about serving his clients and providing zealous advocacy to protect the rights of those he serves. 

In addition to his legal work, Todd is active in the community and has served as Vice President of the Highlands County Bar Association, President of the Highlands County Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), and President of the Sebring Rotary Club. He is currently a member of the legislative committee for FACDL, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orlando Rotary Club. He is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the District of Columbia.
